    Tearing down, building up, setting, cleaning, and performing general maintenance on customers' cards.

Technical Assistance

    Highly trained and skilled technicians with many years of practical experience travel from plant to plant to install and maintain a full range of textile equipment throughout the world.
    Consulting services are offered to assist customers in troubleshooting card and garnett fiber problems.
    Wire specialists are available to recommend standard wires or specialty wires for your custom applications to achieve the highest quality, efficiency, and production.

Complementary Services

    Surveying the physical condition of the wire on customers' cylinders, doffers, lickerins, revolving flats, stationary flats, CARDMASTER® plates, pre-opener rolls, special rolls, workers and strippers, redirect rolls, take-off rolls, and crush rolls, as well as the condition of flat chains.
    Short-term technical assistance and advice.
    Short-term use of our Research & Development Center in Greenville, South Carolina, to run occasional tests on fibers (maximum 200 pounds).
    Wire recommendations.
    Follow up to ensure that our products and service meet our customers' expectations.
